How can we help?

Subscriptions and the free trial

• New subscribers to the yearly plan get their first week free. Sleep Scene can remind you two days before the trial ends.
• To cancel or change plans, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Sleep Scene. In the app, go to You → manage subscription → Manage or cancel.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or billing period ends to avoid the next charge.
• Apple handles all billing and refunds. To ask for a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restoring a purchase or your progress

• New phone or reinstall? Tap Restore at the bottom of the paywall, or go to You → manage subscription → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
• Your jellyfish, nights, pearls and outfits sync through your iCloud account. After a reinstall, Sleep Scene offers to restore them, or to start fresh.

The bedtime shield

• The shield uses Apple's Screen Time to pause the apps you choose, from bedtime until morning. Turn it on in You → bedtime shield and pick the apps.
• Sleep Scene never sees which apps you picked or how you use them. Apple keeps that on your iPhone.
• “5 more minutes” opens a shielded app briefly, twice a night.
• Shield not appearing? Check that Screen Time is on in Settings and that Sleep Scene is allowed under Settings → Screen Time → Apps With Screen Time Access.

The wake-up alarm

• The alarm plays at your ringer volume, not your media volume. Turn it up with the volume buttons while no audio is playing, or in Settings → Sounds & Haptics.
• Sleep Scene alarms ring even when your iPhone is locked or on silent. Allow Alarms for Sleep Scene if iOS asks.

Scenes and sounds

• Type any place, like “rain on a tent” or “a night train through snow”, and Sleep Scene layers the sounds that fit.
• If we don't have a sound yet, the app lets you request it. We read every request and add new sounds regularly.
• Sounds keep playing with the screen locked. Set a timer from the player so they fade out on their own.

Your data

Sleep Scene works without an account. Read how we handle data in our Privacy Policy, and the rules for using the app in our Terms of Use. To have us delete anything linked to your app ID, email hello@sleepscene.app.
